In response to the coronavirus pandemic the public counters for the United States District Court Clerk’s Office will be closed beginning Monday.
The Clerk’s Office will remain open to assist people by telephone. If you need assistance, you can contact their Lincoln office at 866-221-4379. E-mail inquiries can be directed to ecfhelp@ned.uscourts.gov.
A drop box is available on the first floor of the Denney Federal Building in Lincoln for documents that cannot be electronically filed or mailed. Items in the drop box will be collected daily. No money should be left in the drop box.
Checks and money orders may be mailed to our office at 111 South 18th Plaza, Suite 1152, Omaha, NE 68102. If you want to pay by credit card contact the clerk’s office.
