Lancaster County Sheriff’s deputies spotted two pickups parked on the roadway at 148th and Waverly Road around 6:30 Tuesday night. “A 32 year old Wahoo man was in the front vehicle and had a tow strap attached to the vehicle behind him,” says Sheriff Terry Wagner.
“An inventory search was done on those vehicles. Some marijuana paraphernalia was located along with some handgun ammunition.” Wagner says they also found a high point .40 caliber pistol that was loaded.
He says Robert Kotschwar is a felon and was driving on a suspended license. He was arrested for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person and cited for driving under suspension.
