Washington County Sheriff Mike Robinson calls it a first in his 40 year law enforcement career. A mountain lion was struck and killed by a vehicle on Wednesday.
Robinson posted the picture of the mountain Lion on social media. It happened at the intersection of two county roads northeast of Arlington.
Nebraska Game and Parks officials will collect the lion.
