The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office was called to a home on “A” Street between Lincoln and Walton late Monday night after a man reported his outside garage light was on.
“So he went out to the garage and opened the door and found a man in the garage and told the guy to get out of there.,” says Sheriff Terry Wagner. “When deputies this man was contacted just north of the residence and taken into custody.”
Wagner says Brandon Temple had been in the garage for awhile and rifled through things, but did not steal anything. There was about $250 dollars damage in the garage.
Wagner says Temple was found with prescription drugs he didn’t have a prescription for. He was booked for burglary and several charges. He also had outstanding warrants from Lancaster and Cass Counties.
