Lincoln Police are trying to determine if three business burglaries are related. Officer Erin Spilker says around 7:00 a.m. Tuesday they were called to a strip mall at 5505 S. 16th Street.
“Two businesses, Blush Bridal and Stellar Nails had their glass doors broken and money stolen from their business.” Both businesses sustained about $500 damage.
She says around the same time, they received a report of the glass door at Super Cuts near 27th and Old Cheney being shattered, but the owners reported nothing missing. Damage there was around $300.
Officers processed the scenes, canvassed the area, and are analyzing video. This investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600. There was an estimated $500 damage to each property.
