Domann Named Second-Team All-American

By Kaleb Henry Dec 13, 2021 | 12:18 PM

An All-American honor for Husker football.

Senior nickel back JoJo Domman was honored by the Associated Press Monday as a second-team All-American. Listed as a defensive back by the AP, Domann was one of the most versatile defenders in America in 2021.

Domann’s final season was cut two games with an injury, but before surgery he played in 10 games, accounting for 72 tackles.

The Colorado Springs, Colo., native is the first Husker to earn All-America recognition from a major selector since Ameer Abdullah, Randy Gregory and De’Mornay Pierson-El each earned second-team All-America accolades following the 2014 season.
