Lincoln Police were called to the 2900 block of N Street around noon on Friday to investigate a domestic disturbance.
27 year old Demetric Rogers was found a few blocks away. When officers tried to take him into custody, Rogers resisted arrest but was eventually placed into handcuffs. Rogers refused to get into the police car and head-butted an officer while resisting arrest. Several other officers arrived and Rogers was placed in the vehicle.
Rogers was eventually booked for assault on an officer and a long list of other charges.
