The Nebraska Department of Corrections reports the death of an inmate. Atlee Mosemann, 41, died Thursday morning at the Nebraska State Penitentiary.
Mosemann was sentenced 10 to 20 years for second degree sexual assault of a child in Hitchcock County.
The cause of death has not yet been determined. Mosemann was receiving care for a medical condition.
