The Lincoln Emergency Communications Center is experiencing sporadic issues connecting to 911 calls from cell phones. Lincoln Police say they are working with their telecommunication partners to identify the cause.
They continue to encourage people to use 911 for emergencies but if you are unable to connect with 911, call 402-441-6000.
