Lincoln Police were sent to the parking lot of the Sunset Inn at 2920 NW 12th Street around 8:30 Friday evening to investigate a black spray painted vehicle with a missing bumper. The officer saw a back seat passenger holding a glass drug pipe. That man was then seen trying to hide the pipe in a container that held a number of small plastic baggies with what appeared to be narcotics residue in them.
20 year old Stacy Wray was taken into custody.

Officers also contacted 28 year old Eric Zerfass who was also in the vehicle.
The 2019 Toyota Corolla had been reported stolen on November 1st from 13th and F Street. The owner left the vehicle running while delivering food and it was stolen. The vehicle’s original color had been white.
Officers found drug paraphernalia throughout the vehicle. The substance in the pipe tested positive for methamphetamine. Officers determined that both Wray and Zerfass had been driving the vehicle. Both were booked for felony theft by receiving and possession of a controlled substance.
The Toyota was valued at $18,000.
