A large stash of drugs was found in the vehicle of a convicted felon and a 16 year old endangered juvenile missing from Michigan.

A Lancaster County deputy with the Criminal Interdiction Task Force was notified of a 2020 GMC Terrain that violated a signal on I-80 and located it at Northwest 48th and West O Street around 2:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Sheriff Terry Wagner said the vehicle was driven by 21 year old Austin Tenbrink of Grandville, Michigan. A search of the vehicle turned up three pounds of marijuana, three pounds of methamphetamine, 1.7 pounds of ecstasy, 199 THC vape cartridges, 364 Xanex bars, 38,600 milligrams of THC edibles, and 16 ounces of codeine syrup.
A stolen 9 mm handgun was also located in the vehicle along with $1.141 in cash.

Tenbrink was booked for possession of a firearm during a drug violation, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and three counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was also booked for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession of a stolen firearm and money while violating a drug law. He is a two-time convicted felon.

The 16 year old Juvenile was missing from Wyoming, Michigan was placed in the Youth Assessment Center for possession of a firearm during a violation of a drug law and was cited on several drug charges.
