It was a busy weekend for Lincoln Fire and Rescue.
Firefighters were called to 8928 Trader Court around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, October 24th. Lightning struck the home leaving the residents without place to live.
The fire caused an estimated $75,000 damage. The residents relocated and are staying with family and friends.
LFR was called to 812 S 49th Street around 11 p.m. on Sunday. Fire started in a bedroom. Investigators say the source was an electrical outlet. One person was rushed to a hospital with unknown injuries and is in stable condition. The fire displaced a total of four people. That fire caused an estimated $130,000 in damage.
