Lincoln Police are investigating a deadly car-pedestrian accident. It happened just before 7 a.m. Wednesday at Highway 77 and Rosa Parks Way.
The pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and was later pronounced deceased. The investigation is in the preliminary stages so few details are available.
The accident closed the road for hours. It reopened around 11 a.m.
