A man is facing terroristic threat charges after Lincoln Police were called to the Pump and Pantry at 234 West O Street around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12th.
Two men told officers that a man threatened to kill them while holding a knife towards them. The man was found at a business next door. When officers approached him, he threatened to kill them and pointed the knife at them. The officers worked to deescalate the situation and told the man to drop the knife.
The man eventually followed their instructions and was taken into custody without further incident. 31 year old Bryce Flanders was booked for terroristic threats.
