A Lincoln man and woman called police just before 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 12th to report a theft. The couple reported they found the side door of their van open at their home in the 1000 block of N 63rd Street and ten boxes of collectible toy cars and trains were missing.
The couple operate a business out of their home and the missing collectibles were valued at $20,000. The boxes contained about 4,000 collectibles. The officers processed the scene for evidence and searched the area. They are currently looking for video evidence.
