An arrest is made in the sexual assault of a 39 year old woman on April 19th.
The woman told Lincoln Police that 27 year old Mohammed Al-Saad had been helping her move into a new home when he physically and sexually assaulted her. She was able to fight him off and ran for help at a nearby gas station. She had injuries consistent with the assault and was taken to a hospital. Evidence was submitted to the state lab that indicated Al-Saad’s DNA was present.
On October 10th at 6:30 p.m., Al-Saad was taken into custody at the Police Station at 575 S 10th Street and was booked for 1st Degree Sexual Assault.
