On October 5th at 4:30 p.m., an LPD officer saw 36 year old Jerome Bonnoitt riding in a vehicle near 20th and Superior. Bonnoitt was wanted on two outstanding theft warrants.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 25 year old Tori Jolliffe who was also wanted in a felony narcotics investigation.
The vehicle stopped at 14th and Superior and officers spoke with both Bonnoitt and Jolliffe. Both were taken into custody.
Officers located 3.6 grams of methamphetamine, 1.5 grams of heroin, and 4 ½ pills (3 morphine, 1 Vyvanse, and ½ Buprenorphine Hydrochloride pill) were located on Bonnoitt.
Officers also found a number of credit cards belonging to different people, fraudulent checks, 4.3 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in Jolliffe’s possession. There were checks written to Bonnoitt totaling over $10,000. There was a total of $600 in checks written to Jolliffe
Also inside the vehicle, 14 Alprazolam pills and drug paraphernalia were found.
Bonnoitt was arrested for his outstanding warrants, Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, five counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Financial Transaction Device, Criminal Possession of Two or More Blank Financial Transaction Devices, and Attempted Theft by Deception $5,000 or more.
Jolliffe was arrested for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Financial Transaction Device, Criminal Possession of a Financial Transaction Device, and Attempted Theft by Deception $5,000 or more. Jolliffe was also arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and misdemeanor Theft by Deception for an investigation from September 18, 2021.
