Just before 2 a.m. on Thursday, September 2nd, Lincoln Police were called to Park Middle School at 8th and G. A custodian reported that between 10:15 and 1:55 a.m., someone had spray painted inappropriate and derogatory words on the building and broke a window at the Boys and Girls Club Office located inside.
Staff arrived at 8 a.m. and confirmed that eight iPhone 6 cell phones were missing. The loss is estimated at $580 and damage to the building is $1,000.
On Monday, August 30th at 6:00 a.m.., police were called to the school to investigate a burglary at the Boys and Girls Club Office inside the school. Someone broke a window and took video game consoles and games. Damage to the building is $650 and the estimated loss is $1,250.
