York and Seward County deputies were pursuing a vehicle with South Dakota plates on I-80 Saturday around 5:00 a.m. Saturday but stopped the chase when the car exited in Lincoln. Lancaster Count Sheriff’s deputies found the vehicle on South Folsom and west Denton Road.
They called for a police dog who found two people locked inside a car trailer. Robert Kafra and Jackelyn Howell had a small amount of meth on them. Both were taken into custody and were booked for possession of meth and 2nd degree trespassing.
Charges are pending out of York and Seward Counties.
