The Lincoln-Lancaster Narcotics Task Force served a warrant at a home att500 Surfside Drive. Inside investigators found 6.8 pounds of a substance that tested positive for cocaine and $4,000 cash.
Police earlier had taken the resident, 50 year old Russell Rucks Sr. into custody at another location. They searched his person and found 8.9 grams of cocaine and $1,600 in cash. 38 year old Russell Rucks Jr. was also arrested.

Both were booked with possession with intent to deliver and in possession of money while violating a drug law.
