A man accused of peeking into the windows of a 21 year old woman is behind bars. Police were called to 57th and Abbey Court around 3:30 Saturday morning. The woman reported seeing a man looking into her bedroom window from her security camera. She told officers the man was seen with his hands down his pants.
On July 20th and 21st, the same man had been looking into the woman’s windows. That had been video recorded and reported the incident to police.
Officers found 62 year old Joseph Reyna lying on the ground behind fences in the area. With the help of the victim’s video, officers were able to positively identify Reyna as the suspect. He was also in possession of 0.4 grams of cocaine.
Reyna was booked for possession of a controlled substance, three counts of criminal trespassing and three counts of disturbing the peace.
