After a year of being unable to meet and socialize due to the pandemic, Lincoln residents have the chance again this year to take part in National Night Out.
It’s an event that started in 1984 and focuses on gathering local law enforcement, civic groups, neighborhood watch groups, neighborhood associations and retailers together to celebrate “community” and create strong neighborhoods.
On Tuesday, August 3rd from 5-9 p.m. Lincoln residents are encouraged to turn on their porch or outside lights, gather with your neighbors or host a block party.
