Lincoln Police responded to a burglary alarm at Lin Jewelers at 12th and South Cotner around 4 a.m. Thursday morning. Officers arrived to find the front door broken. Once inside they saw damage to an interior office door and items misplaced. No one was inside.
Officers reviewed the security video with the business owner that showed at least three people enter the store and attempt to enter the office before taking off. Police are working with the business to determine if there is a loss of merchandise. The estimated damage to the building is around $1,200.
