Investigators with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant in the 11100 block of S 14th Street in Roca, Nebraska Monday night as part of an ongoing drug investigation.
The three adults inside the residence were all detained, including the homeowner, 56-year-old Timothy Moore. During a search of Moore’s residence investigators found 329.7 grams of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $29,000 and 224.3 grams of marijuana with an estimated street value of $4,000.
Investigators also located 21 Diazepam tablets, 3 Alprazolam tablets, 2 Clonazepam tablets, over $11,000 cash and a loaded .45 caliber handgun. Investigators also requested assistance from the fire inspector after finding 24 homemade explosive devices that were in violation of state statute.
Moore was also found to be a convicted felon prohibiting him from possessing a firearm. Moore was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Firearm during a felony Drug Law Violation, Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, Possession of a Destructive Device, Possession of Money while Violating a Drug law, and four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
During a search of the residence a purse was located belonging to 59-year-old Betsy Fowler of North Platte. Inside the purse investigators found .4 grams of methamphetamine. Fowler was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The third adult was released without any charges.
