Lincoln Police say no one was hurt after gun shots were fired at a duplex.   LPD says around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday officers responded to the 3100 block of Orchard Street on a report of a belated drive-by shooting.

When they arrived officers contacted two women and a man.  One of the women told officers her  2009 Cadillac Escalade was shot at several times during the previous night and caused about $2,000 in damage.  Officers also found damage from bullet holes in the duplex next to the victims.

The three victims also observed several bullet holes in the duplex, including one from a bullet that traveled through a bedroom wall and living room before striking a closet door.  Officers processed the scene and recovered a number of shell casings and fragments.

No one was injured during this incident and this investigation is ongoing.
