Lincoln Police say they are looking for a man who was caught on video walking around inside a pharmacy after hours smoking a cigarette.
Just before 3:00 Thursday morning officers were dispatched to the CVS at 48th and O Street on an alarm. The caller was able to access the cameras and observed someone inside the store. When officers arrived, they found the building secure with no signs of forced entry.
As they checked inside the business officers found no one inside, however, there was a smell of fresh smoked cigarettes in the air. Security video was reviewed by officers who observed a man in the store walking around and then exiting out an emergency door. Currently, it is unknown if there is a loss of any kind.
Officers processed the scene for evidence and will be analyzing the video further to determine how the man entered the store. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-441-6000.
