An alarm at the Casey’s near 17th and A Street sent Lincoln Police rushing to that location around 2:17 this morning.
Officers arrived to find the front door had been broken with a rock. The suspects then entered the store and took a yet to be determined amount of cigarettes.
Damage to the building is estimated at $500. Police searched the area and are evaluating digital and other evidence. This is an ongoing investigation.
