Another arrest is made in a big drug bust on May 21st in the 2800 block of N. 3rd Street.
On Wednesday, May 26th, Lincoln Police found 25 year old Christopher Gray at 42nd and Normal and he was taken into custody without incident.
The Lincoln – Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force followed a tip that people were selling narcotics out of a home near 3rd and Cornhusker. They found 22 year old Gustav Rockey and Gray who said they lived at that address. A 20 year old man told police he was just visiting. He had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. Investigators also found a small amount of THC wax in his wallet.
Rockey and Gray each head a glass pipe and bags of marijuana on them that they turned over to investigators who said they would apply for a search warrant of the home. Rockey and Gray were then allowed to leave.
Inside the home investigators found 4.14 pounds of marijuana, 2.7 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms, 855 hits of LSD, 3.604 Oxycodone pills, 1,281 Alprazolam pills, 209 THC syringes, nearly $2.300 in cash along with four firearms. The drugs had an estimated street value of just under $122,000.
Rockey was booked for two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, schedule 1,2 or 3 and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, schedule 4 or 5, possession of money while violating a drug law and possession of a firearm with a drug law violation.
Gray was arrested for one additional charge of possession of a firearm with a drug law violation.
