Lincoln Police were called to the 700 block of S 1st Street just before 11 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25th on a report of damage from gunfire. A woman reported that around 3 a.m. she thought she heard fireworks. She later checked her home and found a bullet hole in her vehicle.
Officers processed the scene and searched the area. They are requesting video from neighbors. This investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call Lincoln Police and Crime Stoppers at 402-441-6000.
