Investigators with the Lincoln – Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force received information that drugs were being sold out of a home in the 2800 block of N 3rd Street. On Friday, May 21st just before 1 p.m., investigators contacted 22 year old Gustav Rockey and another man who said they lived at the address. Another 20 year old man was also there but stated he was only visiting. That man did have a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. They located a small amount of THC wax inside his wallet and was cited for possession of marijuana.

Rockey and the other resident were found to each have a glass pipe and bags of marijuana on them that they turned over to investigators. They determined they would get a search warrant and Rockey and the other man were allowed to leave at that time.

A search warrant was served and investigators found 4.15 pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of $7,800, 2.7 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms with an estimated street value of $17,000, 955 hits of LSD with an estimated street value of $9,000, 3.604 Oxycodone pills with the estimated street value of $72,000, 1.281 Alprazolam pills with a street value of $16,000, 209 THC syringes and almost $2,300 in cash. Investigators also located four firearms, a .38 Special Revolver, a 9mm handgun, an AR15, and a .22 caliber rifle.

On May 24th around 9 a.m., investigators located Rockey in the area of 1st and Cornhusker and took him into custody. He was booked for two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, Schedule 1,2, or 3, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, Schedule 4 or 5, possession of money while violating a drug law and possession of a firearm with a drug law violation.

This investigation is ongoing and the search for other individuals who live in the residence is ongoing.
