A Lincoln man is facing drug charges after his arrest Thursday afternoon. Just before 2:00 pm investigators observed 26-year-old Jaden Reiman riding in a black Jeep Cherokee in the area of 56th and Saint Paul. Officer Erin Spilker says investigators were familiar with Reiman and the fact that he was wanted on two outstanding felony warrants.
Investigators contacted Reiman and took him into custody without incident. They located over $2,400 in his coat pocket along with a glass pipe with methamphetamine residue. The residue field tested positive for methamphetamine. During a search of the vehicle, Spilker says investigators found a lockbox on the floorboard where Reiman had been seated. Inside the box, they located a total 175 grams of marijuana, a scale and several plastic bags consistent with the sale of narcotics.
Reiman was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance, Possession of Money while Violating a Drug Law and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
