Between January 6th and January 11th there have been seven incidents where a man was seen nude sitting in a vehicle or walking around outside in the 4300 block of N 7th Street.
One victim provided a description of the man along with the vehicle description, a grey Toyota Camry, with Texas plates. On January 10th just before 6 a.m., police were called to the 4200 block of N 7th and an indecent exposure. The female victim reported that a nude man was in the grey Toyota parked in the lot. The victim reported that she had seen this same man on a prior date and reported that incident as well.
When officers arrived, the vehicle had left the lot but was located in the 4400 block of N 7th Street. When officers approached the vehicle, they saw 34 year old Okebaram Ekwuribe, completely nude inside. Officers also observed several other clothing items inside the vehicle. Ekwuribe was taken into custody and arrested for Indecent Exposure. Investigators are looking into the possibility that this is the same man responsible for the other incidents. Ekwuribe apparently met bond and was released.
On January 11th at 7:30 a.m., police were called to another indecent exposure incident near 50th and Vine. That investigation continues.
