Lincoln Police are investigating a number of burglaries that happened on Monday, November 30th between 3:30 a.m. and 7:15 a.m.

Police were called to the Sonic at 84th and Holdrege around 3:30 a.m. after an employee found the glass doors broken around 6 a.m. and that someone had tried to open the safe. There was an estimated $2,000 in damage but no additional loss to the business.  Investigators will be reviewing video evidence from the store.  The scene was processed for evidence.

At 5:30 a.m., police were called to Nutrition Tavern at 55th and O after an alarm company indicated  there was an alarm going off.  Officers found the front glass door broken and the cash box and its contents to be missing.  The scene was processed for evidence and investigators are reviewing video evidence.  The estimated damage is around $800.

At 7:15 a.m., police were called to Pancho Villa Mexican Grill  at 5800 Cornhusker Hwy around 7:15 a.m. after the owner was alerted by a neighboring business that the front doors had been shattered.  The owner reported that the cash register and money along with alcohol had been stolen.  There was an estimated $1000 damage done to the business.  The scene was processed for evidence and the investigators are reviewing video evidence.
