A multiple vehicle accident East of the 27th Street exit on I-80 has forced the closure of I-80 between 27th and 56th Street until the accident can be cleaned up.
Lincoln Police Sargeant Ben Kopsa told KLIN News he expected the closure to last until about 6 am or later. A tractor-trailer hauling livestock was involved.
Scanner traffic indicates no injuries.
