When officers demanded McCauley exit the vehicle, he tensed up, began honking the vehicle’s horn and yelled “felony” several times.

Eventually, McCauley was dragged from the vehicle by officers.

The victim told the officers she had pulled up the station’s parking lot when McCauley appeared, opened the back hatch of her vehicle, and hopped in.

He proceeded to drink water from the victim’s water bottle and throw items out of her glove compartment before officers arrived.

McCauley was arrested for resisting arrest, failure to comply, entering a motor vehicle without permission, and theft.
