Governor Urges The Faithful To Worship At Home Easter Sunday, Passover

With today being the is the first day of Passover and Easter Sunday is right around the corner, ’tis the season for gathering with friends and family.

However, At Wednesday’s coronavirus briefing, Governor Pete Ricketts advised revelers to remember that there’s a pandemic going on and gathering for any reason isn’t the best idea right now.

“We want to you to certainly worship with the solemnity of the season, but we also want you to remember, please, just stay at home at your household,” said Ricketts.

Ricketts also took the opportunity to sign a proclamation declaring Sunday a day of prayer in honor of those whose lives have been affected by the virus.
